Interview
I received an email from Yahoo, we scheduled for a phone interview in the following week. The person interviewing me obviously had little to no experience in interviewing people: he took several minutes to set up the shared coding document, did not speak for a long time (I had to fill up the blanks...).
The interview was easy, I received an email to schedule for a second phone screen but I declined.
