sought me out, had good interview, sent me list of next round names, then pulled back, went cold, months later, started up again. Had in my opinion far too many interviews before they made a decision. Should be able to make a decision with less rounds of interviews. Tells you something about their decision-making ability

The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.
