I first met with a recruiter who asked basic logistics questions, then lead designer and manager; was a quick process that didn't require lots of technical knowledge; did include a portfolio run through where I presented three of my projects.

The interview process for an intern position is conversational and friendly, focusing on getting to know you, your passions, and how we can mentor you to grow while contributing to our team.

How do you deal with conflict in collaboration and work?
One designer interview, one case study presentation. Quick 30 minutes round with straight forward design experience questions. Similar to other internship interview questions. First interview was more engaging, second one has more generic questions asked.

Submitted resume in the fall, did not get back until spring. Phone recruiter call followed by two rounds of video interviews, with a design manager and other designers. Asked about major, projects, and background in design.
