Interview
The hiring process was a little strange. You couldn't apply for a specific position, you just had to apply to the broad umbrella of ITS/Finance, indicate vaguely your areas of interest, and then hope they matched you up with an area you're interested in for an interview. The interview was very fairly informal. I had mine over Skype as I was abroad. He just explained the position and asked me questions about my resume. It wasn't very intimidating, and I didn't really do much of anything to prepare for it. They are looking to fill spots and as long as you seem to vaguely have the skill sets they're looking for, you're probably good.

Interview
I applied early online and heard back at a reasonable time. There were a couple of interviews with different teams, but nothing overwhelming. Overall, I think applying early helped me out, but resulted in a bit of a wait to hear back after my interview, but nothing ridiculous.

Basic questions about my background, experience, a few general CS questions that weren't too tricky.
