Invited for a first round interview about a week after the posting closed. HR managed the process through the ATS and the department got a list from HR. Invited for a second round interview 5 days after that. Informed that the hiring process took a while at Yale owing to HR being backed up. Have not heard back after the second interview which at this point was 3 weeks ago.
