Recruiter contacted me after finding me on LinkedIn for a phone screen. The next step was an in-person panel interview in the office (3 hours). The hiring manager took 2 very personal calls in front of me and then explained what each call was about (as if I cared about her dysfunctional personal life). Total disregard of my time and the other interviewers. If this was the treatment in an interview, can you imagine how they must treat their associates once they get you?! Didn't proceed with the next step...removed myself from candidacy.

Mehrere Runden mit Personen der wichtigsten Standorte in Deutschland, USA und China. Gesprächspartner waren authentisch und interessiert. Gespräche teilweise aber in längeren Zeitabständen. Habe mich dennoch dann für die Firma entschieden, da ich mir gut vorstellen konnte, die diesen Personen zusammenzuarbeiten. Der positive Eindruck hat sich im Nachhinein dann auch bewahrheitet.
