Yardi Systems Client Account Manager interview questions

Initial phone screening with recruiter, 1 on 1 Zoom with hiring manager, and there would have been a group interview with presentation but I didn’t make it that far. The interview with the recruiter went well, easy going really just getting a better understanding of the role and my background. The interview with the hiring manager was very strange and felt interrogatory. They were not prepared and seemed like they were not engaged at all.

They will take anyone who can speak English. Biased interviewers who are not skilled in reading people. Gullible and ill-prepared, they focus on hiring lower-intermediate English speakers and are easily influenced by a touching personal story.
