From first contact (reaching out for phone interview) to my first day, the process took about 6 weeks. One phone interview and 2 follow-up interviews with different team leads. After the initial phone interview, filled out an online test assessment where they assess critical thinking skills and basic arithmetic knowledge. Very professional and communicative on their end.
