Interview
I was called by a recruiter and then arranged an interview with a sales manager. The recruiter provided links about the sales position and daily life at Yelp. When interviewed by the sales manager, they asked about your knowledge of Yelp, background experience, how you would take "no" for an answer and how to sell an item.
The process moved fast, which made sense for sales. A recruiter screen, one call with the hiring manager, and that was the extent of it. The questions were standard: territory experience, quota attainment, pipeline methodology. Nothing that required much preparation. The people I spoke with were professional and the turnaround on scheduling was quick. For the time it took, it was a low-friction experience.

I was tasked with role-playing a sales call with one manager, taking feedback, then another manager. There was a first round phone interview as well that was short, maybe 30mins max.
