I found out about the job opening on the company's website, and immediately applied. A few days later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview with an on-site recruiter. The phone interview lasted 10-15 minutes, and it's very simple. The lady I spoke with seemed like she didn't have a lot of time on her hands, so I responded by speaking with concise sentences. At the end of the phone interview, she invited me to come in for an on-site interview. Shortly after, I received an email with time slots for the on-site interview. For this, you'll be interviewing with 3 managers. All 3 of the managers I interviewed with are really nice and kind. Be prepared for role play! They asked me to deliver a mock call to a business owner who had reservations about marketing w/ Yelp. Each interview lasts 30 minutes. A few days later, the recruiter called me to tell me they'll be moving forward and the next step is the background and credit check. A few days after that, she called with the offer! Be prepared! Do your research on Yelp' ad space and Yelp's competitors, such as Google/FB/Yellowpages. Most importantly, show that you're driven, confident, and have personality!
