Interview
First is a very basic and easy phone interview to understand who you are then if you make it past that, you have a skype or in office interview. The in office interview is very difficult because it consists of role playing in a sales associate position. The reason why it is difficult is that they expect you to already be a sales representative before you even receive the training. You role play with 3 interviewers who in my opinion do not give any leeway or forgiveness when it comes to right or wrong answers.
There is an initial screening call followed by another virtual interview where they just try to get to know you. The first call asked about eligibility to work in the US and logistical questions/info about the company. One of the interviews involves a sales pitch role play but wasn't too difficult.

Met onsite at a college recruiting fair, was directed to the online application (no special link for those who met onsite). Afterwards there was an initial interview and a follow up interview. Initial interview was by phone and the second interview was on a video skype call.
