After submitting my cover letter and resume, I was contacted via email to set up a 10 minute phone interview. When it was time for the interview, the woman called me 20 minutes late and really rushed through the questions (questions that I had been told she would ask in the confirmation email). I think the trick is to keep your cool and be concise in your answers. After that she scheduled an in-office interview for the next day. I met with three managers who all asked questions and had them do a roll-play with me in which I had to sell them on something, schedule a follow-up meeting, etc. All of them were very nice and they were great with constructive feedback.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.
