Interview
Initial phone interview is solely to see if you understand the position, know a decent amount about Yelp and to test how you sound on the phone (since it is purely a cold calling sales position). Hardly any personal questions but try to sound enthusiastic and excited to work for Yelp.
The second interview was a lot of roleplaying. 3 different interviews each lasting 10-20 minutes. Be confident and take your time during the role plays regardless or whether you know exactly what to say or not. They will give you feedback and you should then implement exactly what they told you. They all make a joint decision on whether to hire you or not.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.
