Interviewed for a senior manager position in the Finance department. Interviewed with the woman I'd be reporting to. We get on the video call and there is no introduction by her. First time I've experienced that where the person on the other end doesn't introduce themselves. Then the first interview question was "What makes you think you are ready to be a senior manager?". I said excuse me? Have you looked at my resume? I have over 30 years experience at some very large and respected companies. I've been an Accounting Manager and Director of Finance among others so this question was a huge insult. It was then I knew that I had zero interest in working for this person. She was an awful interviewer and seemed inexperienced with the process.

it was a great experience, I was asked good questions. Asked about my experience and what i would bring to the new opportunity and department I enjoyed the conversation and it made me hopeful for the opportunity
