I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at YesCare (Battle Creek, MI) in Jun 2012
Interview
The technology used was appreciated. Application was completed online although most paperwork was completed in person after initial application. E-documents would have been nice and credentials can be checked online as well. Interview was very cut and dry which is respectable. The HSA knew what she was looking for in a nurse and she asked questions to validate my competency. The work area and office I interviewed in was a complete mess. Files and boxes everywhere as if they had just moved in yet they were in that facility for 14 years. It was explained to me there had been a recent merge or buy-out between Corizon and the former company CMS. I found out later it had been for the better part of a year so not really recent enough to excuse the mess.

I applied online. I interviewed at YesCare (Jefferson City, MO) in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone /in person. / email Very long process once the said they wanted to hire me took over a month very frustrating. I felt a little unprofessional. Most of the nursing staff are a little rough I guess they goes with the type of clientele they serve. I did not feel the training or employee orientation was apropriate for a level 5 maximum security prison
