3 -4 weeks for on boarding; hiring RN supervisor was wonderful; she left shortly after I was hired due to harassment from management, specifically the HSA and Regional Mgr; the Nsg Supr was well seasoned but did not make the new company changes fast enough to suit them; when she left, 3 other staff resigned; that left a staff shortage. Be sure to ask about professionalism of upper management, how long they have been in the organization, and how supportive they are to front line staff

Submitted application online at Corizon Health website for a Correctional Registered Nurse position. Received call next day from a administrative assistant to discuss basic information and qualifications. Was then asked if I would like to schedule a face to face interview. Interview was set for 1 week out. Interviewed with head nurse and a staff nurse.

I got a phone call 3 weeks after applying. Once I got an interview, I was called 4 days later with a job offer. I was hired on as PRN, but then accepted a full time position within a week of starting.
