Assignment focused selection process.
Short Assignment -> Info Session -> Long Assignment -> Final Round Interviews
The long assignment is pretty hard and is the most important part for candidates. Don't be deterred from putting in work by the fact there are still final round interviews to get through. The final round is fairly easy, and most candidates make it through it, so you can be confident you will most likely get the job if you do well on this assignment. The final round included a conversation with the Co-founder/president.
Tips to company: I could be wrong, but in my opinion, the instructions for the long assignment stress looking for data errors a bit too heavily, when it is only a side-aspect of the assignment. Consider doing the hr round before the long assignment to make candidates feel the company is investing time in them before asking for so much of the candidates' time.

Recruiter did not inform me that the interview will be recorded and transcribed using a 3rd party AI tool. A few days before the interview, I received a spam email from the AI company that went into my Promotions folder, informing me that YipitData uses it to record interviews. Despite declining it from the email and checking with the recruiter, I decided not to proceed with the interview. Be careful, as they are a market research company, you never know how they will use your personal data
