Had a phone screen, then a take-home exercise that I had 1 week to complete. Didn't hear back about the take-home exercise until over 3 weeks after submitting! No email that it was even received, which was rude. When I finally did hear back, the excuse for the delay was that they were swamped with checking exercises. The next round was a video call. Having made it to the 3rd round, I was expecting a series of behavioral questions at that point, which is standard for most companies. Instead, the interviewer repeated most of the same questions he'd already asked in the phone screen regarding my resume, as though this was just a longer (hour-length!) phone screen. This was completely unexpected, especially considering the amount of positive feedback he'd given regarding the take-home exercise. He also mentioned that I'd asked for a higher salary than their range, which I'd never said. It was clear that I had not been chosen for the role and he was just wasting another hour of my time.
If you value your time, look elsewhere.
