Fantastic Interview Process!
First round consisted of a short assignment that you are given 2 days to complete. Pretty straight forward and simple. Next is a information session. As I was interviewing during Covid, I was sent a recording of a previous information session. This was done really well and I was able to get a great sense of the role and the type of work that is being done at the company. Next is a week long data assignment. Be sure to take all the time given and to triple check everything. Just getting the right answer is not enough! Pay close attention to detail and make sure you are covering all aspects. Expect follow up questions on your submission. Treat these just as seriously. Finally there is a HR screen and a superday. Superday consisted of 4 interviews. Mostly behavioral. Don't stress too much about the final round. They just want to make sure you are a good fit.
Overall, I had a great experience. It was a very transparent process and I was able to get a taste of the type of work I would be doing in the role. My interview process took almost 3 months but I was constantly learning about the company. Definitely an investment but one that will pay off if you get the opportunity to join!

The interview process was very structured and conducted in a professional manner. First there was a talk with HR, and after that I had to a take-home assignment to assess some analytical skills. After it was approved, I went through a technical interview with a case study, and after that I went through two more interviews to assess soft skills and talk about my prior experiences in more detail.

Recruiter did not inform me that the interview will be recorded and transcribed using a 3rd party AI tool. A few days before the interview, I received a spam email from the AI company that went into my Promotions folder, informing me that YipitData uses it to record interviews. Despite declining it from the email and checking with the recruiter, I decided not to proceed with the interview. Be careful, as they are a market research company, you never know how they will use your personal data
