Thorough and in-depth, but certainly worth it. Process consisted of multiple rounds, one of which was a role-play exercise with the head of a department, and most rounds, with the exception of the last one, was with the same person who I'll be reporting to. Beyond the exercise, the remainder of the interviews were conversational but still very helpful in vetting the company on my end. Very positive experience start to finish and everyone was extremely welcoming!
