Multiple calls with a screener and then a poorly organized interview with a peer and the hiring manager who did not seem like they wanted to be there whatsoever. They almost seemed upset that they were having to take the meeting or that they had other things on their mind. From their tone, they not seem like they were at all interested in doing the job HR or their boss told them to in interviewing or hiring for the position.

Thorough and very well structured. Interviewed with 7 members from various teams and each had a unique interviewing style, set of questions, and thoughtful answers to my questions. The two-part assessment is well organized and relevant to the real job responsibilities. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire interview process, and everyone I met with was professional, intelligent, and proud to be at Yipit.
