Transparent process, just like how the other reviewers described.
1st assignment should be easy for the right applicant, if you don't pass this stage don't worry about it too much it just means you aren't meant for this role.
Long take home assignment is very long. Honestly, the application process is very long and tedious and close to being not worth it. If you have a job currently, it will be difficult to do the assignments at the same time. Tips for the assignment: you don't need a fancy model, simple is better. Finding the patterns/trends in the data is the most important part. My report ended up being 6-8 pages long.
After completing the long assignment, you'll be sent follow up questions. If you get to this part, that's a pretty good sign. Just do your best, the questions should be pretty clear.
Final interview is pretty long, you meet with a few people. Most of the interviews are just behaviorial questions, like how you work in a team and what you do when there are conflicts. Then, you'll have an interview with VP, you'll be asked to go over your take home assignment and you'll do a short 'case study'-type technical question. It wasn't too difficult, so if you did take home all by yourself you'll be fine.
Salary range is 70-95k, so pretty low but company seems like it has great perks and remote-work will be permanent. If you pass the interview you'll feel like it's worth it but if you don't pass you'll feel like you wasted a lot of your time.
