It was a very thorough interview process at YipitData, with 6 stages. At each stage they will want you to be a culture fit, they are big on that. Of course you need to know what you are expert at. Initial phone interview followed by a take home exercise, then discussion about the exercise, cultural interview on soft skills, pair programming on python and finally interview with the CTO were the stages for me.
