Interview
Interviewed in may~june/2024. The overall process lasted 3 weeks approximately.
First contact with the HR, then a very easy assessment to test your knowledge in Data Analysis (pay attention to this assessment because it is a "spoiler" of the last interview). Then succeeded by another 3 interviews, one being with the P.O and the last one was with the specialist. The last one had an exercise, an use case, to test if your skills match the role. In my case, i had to identify reasons why web scraping digital retails sites to get how much a product has returned as profit is not a very accurate method. Easy right? But as i'm a noob with online shopping (not accostumed to buy anything online) i wasn't able to answer it. Today i see how easy it was and how i just wasted a great opportunity :/
Anyway, most humanized interview process i've ever faced. They keep you aware of everything, they return your messages and they give feedbacks everytime you move to another step. The amount of careness they had is unforgetable, i never saw a process like this, makes me regret everyday for not being able to pass.

Interview
The interview process was very structured and conducted in a professional manner. First there was a talk with HR, and after that I had to a take-home assignment to assess some analytical skills. After it was approved, I went through a technical interview with a case study, and after that I went through two more interviews to assess soft skills and talk about my prior experiences in more detail.

Interview
The process had several steps, which made it a bit exhausting at times. That said, all the interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to.
Most of the interviews seemed focused on making sure I clearly understood the role and how I would approach the work.
In total, the process included one screening interview, a take-home assignment, one technical interview, and two HR interviews.
Recruiter did not inform me that the interview will be recorded and transcribed using a 3rd party AI tool. A few days before the interview, I received a spam email from the AI company that went into my Promotions folder, informing me that YipitData uses it to record interviews. Despite declining it from the email and checking with the recruiter, I decided not to proceed with the interview. Be careful, as they are a market research company, you never know how they will use your personal data
