The interview process was structured and thorough, spanning multiple stages. It began with an initial exercise to assess problem-solving and analytical skills. Throughout the process, the team clearly communicated each step in advance and set expectations, which made the experience transparent and well-organized.
Subsequent discussions with project and product managers focused on understanding my approach to the exercise, clarifying thought processes, and providing insight into the role, team workflows, and the organization as a whole. In a later stage, a practical, hands-on assessment was conducted to evaluate real-time problem-solving and data handling skills.
The final stage involved an HR discussion covering expectations, cultural alignment, and general information about the organization. After completion of the standard background verification, the offer was extended.
