Interview
Submitted application via Indeed. Received and email requesting an audition video. I was then asked for an in person interview. During the in person interview I was told that next steps would be an in person demonstration and a possible 2nd interview with head of education.
The onboarding process consists of submitting an audition video followed by a Phone/Video call that lasted about 20-25 minutes. Given that it is a good fit, the onboarding also consists of attending "The Bridge" which has an online component (modules), and a live component (done via Zoom). Overall, the process is thorough and helpful in improving teaching.
