It was very nice smooth well organized, and very personal oriented - many questions around personality and culture fit. All people in the process were really nice and friendly, even when they called and said I'm not chosen they were super open and polite, much appreciated

Interview
I interviewed for a senior analyst position. The process started by a classic phone screening with HR. Then I came to the office in Tel Aviv and met with the team leader and an analyst. Both were very professional and very nice. Explained very well the business model of the company. Second step was a home assignment (7 days to work on it) - few questions to answer mainly about the product of the company and an excel file with many data to analyze - and then a presentation the analysis in their office. The last step was meeting with multiple people and HR. Everyone was very pleasant and process was fast. Finally they decided to move forward with someone with more experience which was a bit disappointing.

Interview
Very warm, down to earth people. I was late on the train due to tech issues and they were very understanding. Very cool office space all around nice people that greet you. They let you know pretty quick if you did not make the job (to the next step) via the phone.
