I had an initial phone conversation with my would-be manager. Then, I had a technical interview, addressing potential scenarios I might encounter with clients. Finally, I came in and met with three different members of the team. The process took about two weeks. I was not given an offer because they believed I had too much of a desire to move up too quickly and wouldn't be happy in-role.
