I was referred to the job opening by a friend who works there. After sending her over my resume, I received an email from a recruiter a few days later to set up an initial phone interview. Interviewed with recruiter over phone. Heard back with next steps a week later. I was not offered the position but the recruiter was so helpful and offered to give me some insight as to why I didn't go through to the next round of interviews.

Why are you looking to leave your current position?
Two phone screens and a final round with multiple interviewers. Overall, very friendly bunch!
The first interview was a general set of questions and the second phone screen was a scenario based interview.

Very in-depth and overall great. They had me meet with multiple people on the team multiple times. Seems they really care about who comes into the company. A couple projects too.
