A phonecall, that was the usual introduce yourself and "try to say things that aren't mentioned on your CV". That being said, the interviewer didn't elaborate or the position responsibilities or even speak about the job I will be doing, nor did he allow/give me time to ask any questions about the position. Not only that, but he asked that I prepare a presentation with any guarantee for a face to face interview, while in the instructions for the presentation, there is an assurance of a face to face interview. To summarize my experience in a few words, they have no respect for the candidates nor for the candidates time.
