Interview
Interview consisted of phone screening, mock sales call, and then final in-person interview in the NYC Office. Had the opportunity to meet tons of different people in the company, helped make Yotpo feel like a family to the interviewee and allowed lots of different opinions on the candidate. The interview wasn't necessarily difficult, just rigorous in the number of people you met and talked to. The company is killing it, people are very hard working in kind, not an easy job so they are able to weed out those who wouldn't make it. Fortunate to be able to start my career here.
Two phone screens and a final round with multiple interviewers. Overall, very friendly bunch!
The first interview was a general set of questions and the second phone screen was a scenario based interview.

Very in-depth and overall great. They had me meet with multiple people on the team multiple times. Seems they really care about who comes into the company. A couple projects too.
