No transparency in the interview process whatsoever. Went through 6 rounds of interviews totaling over 10 hours over a 2 month span. The last interviewer was late to the video interview and from the start seemed disinterested and kept checking his phone. I received the email stating I wouldn’t be receiving an offer but I appreciated the recruiter say that after spending that much time the least they could do was give feedback. Of course I wanted to know what traits they saw in other candidates that I was lacking so I jumped at the opportunity. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back. The lack of communication left a sour taste in my mouth and I would have declined the offer if I had received one.
