I applied for the position online and got an email from the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner asking me to submit my availability. I did, and never heard back. She called a week or so later, completely out of the blue, after never confirming an interview time with me. I took the interview on the spot but was a bit unprepared and not in the place to focus on an interview. I hope that in the future this company can be a bit more professional and schedule a set time with the candidate to speak.
