Bottom line: the interview process was very pleasant and efficient. Most interviews were done remotely using video meetings (Corona times) which was very convenient. Final interviews done face to face in the Tel-Aviv office which I think was important in order to "feel" the people and atmosphere. During the interview process the interviewers gave me all the required information and allowed me to ask any question so I have all the info to get the important decision of choosing my next work place. At each point in the process, I knew where I'm standing thanks to updates I got from Yotpo's recruiter. There were some concerns on both sides and we had a very sincere discussion to maximize the chances that there is a good match between Yotpo and myself. Once they gave me the offer they asked for an answer in 2 working days which is a bit tight, but I believe that should I asked for more time they would have given me few more days. Now I'll wait to see how it is to be an employee in Yotpo. From the people I met I feel it will be great.
