The interview process took 1.5 weeks once I heard back from the recruiting team. It was two rounds that consisted of one 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager, and then a virtual on-site that lasted 3 hours and was comprised of a few different activities meant to simulate the role.

Had a phone interview with someone from HR who seemed pretty new to interviewing candidates. There were a couple of interview questions that were pretty standard. However, there were a number of questions that were of the same repetitive nature that I had answered previously. I found myself wondering whether the HR recruiter was listening or whether she was rattling off a list of questions she had printed. There was also one personal question that I found was pretty unnecessary and fairly rude. Overall, felt that I would not work here after the call.
