The speed in which the company moved me through the different phases of the interview process was very speedy and efficient. I came in through a headhunter agency, spoke to the hiring manager first, then HR which was odd, and 2 other business partners. One of the business partners wanted me to give my ideas on redesigning the compensation model which I thought was a high expectation for a candidate. I had not been provided the business model and scope of duties for the sales force so I think that would've been necessary to revamp a comp plan. That's not something that can be done instantly without prerequisite information.
