Great company overall. I enjoyed meeting with the different individuals at the organization. A better offer more fitting for my career path came along and I politely declined the offer.

I sent my cv and was approached by the recruiter within a few days. The recruiter asked me to enter my availability (not even saying she is based in the US), long story short the recruiter didn't appear to the interview she set, no message or anything. This happended twice (after the first no show we planned to speak the next day)! never had such poorly unprofessional processes with any company!
