HR screening followed by 4 interviews, some on the team, some not. One specifically off the team to determine fit for the company. Several of the interviews went quite smoothly, when dealing with specifics, but the general interviews were harder.

It's not the questions per say, how vague they were that was difficult. It was essentially, "here's a problem, how would you approach it?"
