I applied online. I interviewed at Young Innovations in Oct 2025
Interview
Very negative first impression. Applied online and had an initial conversation with recruiter shortly after. Recruiter was very late to the interview and provided the most mundane and absurd reason for tardiness. Showed lack of consideration for my time. Was ill equipped to conduct interviews as they kept repeating the same questions I had already answered. Company also lacks diversity across the board. Wouldn’t recommend this organization to anyone.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Young Innovations (Algonquin, IL) in Nov 2011
Interview
I applied through my university job portal. I had on campus interview, a phone interview and finally an on site interview with various people which was last for 3.5 hours. The interview was easy as you talked about yourself and what you can bring to the table. There was no test given through this processs.
Applied through company website. Correspondence via phone and email. Multiple interviews over 2 different days. Met with employees from my department and several from senior management. Overall had a good experience, was able to get a decent sense of the culture and environment.
