Initial phone screen with hiring manager was 25 minutes late for the 45 minute scheduled call. Manager spent 15 of the 20 minutes remaining for the call talking about their resume and not even addressing the company and/or the role. Decided to follow through for the 2nd interview thinking maybe just busy day for the interviewing manager and was not properly prepared. 2nd Interview (in person) arrived 10 minutes early, had to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes because no one was at the front door. Random employee came to front door and let me know not knowing any of the people I was to interview with. Left me standing in the general workstation area. After 20 minutes of standing and trying to contact the hiring manager via my cell, one of the four team members from the leadership team greeted me. First of four interviews (scheduled for 30 minutes each) did not even know what position I was interviewing for. Questions asked very basic. Each interview started late and each asked the same scripted questions with exception of hiring manager. Met with hiring manager 3rd, once again spoke only of themself about their career and university achievements. Must have just finished some business management book because spoke of scope and sequence multiple times. Did have scripted questions to ask, that were redundant, and did not listen to the responses provided. Hiring manager seemed nervous, I had to ask questions about the position and culture they were not directly answered. After finishing with the 4th interview I was walked to the conference room door and had to find my way to navigate the office to find the exit on my own.
