The interview process consisted of email communication, followed by phone conversation, followe by actual interview. The whole process was very laid back. There were about 3 people from the company that were in the conference room interviewing me. This company does things a bit differently. They wanted to interview me and decide where in the company I fit. Which for them was fine, but for me, my entire career has been in HR, and thats what I like. Probably a good fit for somonee that just wants a job, but not for me. I told them in the interview that I wasnt interested in doing anything besides HR, so we parted ways at that point.
