Interview
You will interview with the regional interview team, with the area director, and then with the area's committee. The regional interview team will ask questions about what type of position you're interested in, the type of kids you'd like to work with, etc.

Very thorough and personal. I enjoyed my conversation with my interviewer and he was very forward and upfront about the process and what to expect. Transparency and friendliness made for a great interview.
