My interview took place over the phone. The interview started with a description of the job. Then my skills and educational experience were clarified. The interviewer was friendly and very frank about the long hours. At the end I was offered another interview however I decided this job would not be for me. The pay compared to the hours worked is very dismal. I appreciated their honesty as it helped me make a good decision for myself and Youth Villages.
