Initial communications were positive, and response time was quick for all questions. Initially started with a phone pre-screen- included job overview, responsibilities, etc. Then moved on to second interview-face to face, with role playing scenarios involved. Once this was complete- asked to shadow current employees in day to day activities. Afterwards, offered the job, pending drug test. Quick, simple, and easy.
