2 brief phone interviews, 1 in person interview My process was very speedy, I had two phone calls with someone in the office asking about my experience and my interest and then I was brought in for an in person interview. This consisted of 2 supervisors and myself. In the interview I got to learn abou the Youth Villages treatment model and was asked case based questions. I got an offer the following day!
