It seemed a little "hoaky", I was given the company vision statement and told to write what it meant to me??? They seemed more interested in my willingness to "put hands on" a kid than my interest or involvment with kids. Most of the staff seemed distant or half there. Interview process is long and takes two weeks for orientation in another city.
