They ask apt questions about safety sense, communication skills and ability to adapt to situations( because this job requires a person to be adaptive and have survival instincts). Usually the interviewer will throw a very specific question which is almost entirely up to the person being interviewed to answer like a person who’s been in a similar position. Example, if there is a change of plans do to increment weather or other external factor what is the best response to assuage the youth from getting upset.
