La entrevista se compone de tres partes, una entrevista contestando unas preguntas virtualmente, una entrevista presencial y una tarea a realizar y presentar delante de un comité. La primera entrevista consta de preguntas tanto en español como en inglés en una aplicación.. La segunda entrevista es presencial y es en torno a las funciones y habilidades del candidato. La tercera ronda es en mi experiencia la más difícil. Exige mucho tiempo de preparación por parte de los candidatos finales para solo elegir a uno.
