easy and straight forward, There were 3 rounds as expected. -Initial round with HR - General personal, expectations questions -Second round with Program team - Project experience questions, how you solve issues -Third round with PMO - Process related and understanding of project management methodologies (dev, changes, leadership, etc)

Start mit Begrüßung und Vorstellung des Unternehmens. Danach folgte der Werdegang und Motivation des Kandidaten. Es werden Fragen zu Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen gestellt. Am Ende ging es um Rahmenbedingungen und das weitere Vorgehen.
