The kind admin contacted me and said, without any discussion, "Please take this test. " This is a red flag in itself. I should not have wasted my time, and I would suggest the same. There are plenty of comments about this process online. If you're into game shows and board games, this kind of process might appeal to you. Ask yourself if this is a place I would want to go if this is your first introduction into their culture.

I had to select an interview difficulty factor. There is no interview; thus, it's easy.
Interview was interesting. Company did not communicate effectively, but overall enjoyed the process. 1 on 1 with the CEO was unique. Could definitely streamline the process, and the quantitative test that was required wasn't too difficult.
